The Horticulture Code of Conduct is an Australia-wide mandatory code that was introduced by the Federal Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry on 14 May 2007.

The purpose of the Horticulture Code is to regulate trading of horticulture produce in the horticulture produce industry. The Horticulture Code encourages greater clarity and commercial transparency in trade transactions between growers and wholesale traders (traders) by clarifying the responsibilities and obligations of each.
